If you have a device that is managed by F4 IT the app will already be installed.


For personal devices download the app from the App/Play Store.

Enrol

When trying to log in you will be greeted with a Security Notice.


Click the Enrol for Multi-Factor Authentication link.


Keep clicking next until you see the QR Code on your computer.

Open the Authenticator App

Open the app on your phone or tablet and allow all Notifications.


Click Add account


Choose Work or School Account


Choose Scan a QR code and scan the QR code on your computer

The computer will test this connection and display a random number.


A popup on the phone will ask you to type in the number you see on your computer.


Type in the number and click YES.
